3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

To comply with carrier requirements and industry standards, users are prohibited from sending content that includes:

Illegal Content: Any content that is not legal federally and in all 50 states.

SHAFT: Content involving Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco that does not follow federal and state regulations.

Violations of these policies may result in immediate suspension of services and the passing of non-compliance fines (ranging from $500 to $2,000 per violation) from carriers directly to the user.
